Steven J. Chang

Steven joined Ampersand in 2025. For the past five years, Steven worked for various publicly held biopharmaceutical companies with FDA approved products in Corporate Finance Planning and Analysis, leading their budgeting and management reporting initiatives. Prior to that, for five years, Steven oversaw SEC Financial Reporting at TESARO, an oncology-based biopharmaceutical company, until its acquisition by GlaxoSmithKline. Steven began his career at Deloitte in its Audit & Assurance practice. Steven holds a B.S. from Case Western Reserve University & M.S. from Northeastern University, both in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
