Proposals for financing may be submitted to Ampersand directly or through intermediaries.

Prospective portfolio companies may present a proposal as a formal business plan or as an extensive executive summary that describes your company’s mission and strategy. It should include a discussion of your company’s technology, products, target markets, management team, and financial forecast.

After receiving a plan, Ampersand will analyze it and respond with an initial expression of interest. As a rule, we respond to all proposals within three weeks of receipt. Should both parties wish to proceed, we’ll arrange to meet with your company’s management team, preferably at your facilities.
