Barbara joined Ampersand in 2023. Her most recent experience includes working in strategy and business development in the genomics business unit of Grupo Fleury, a diagnostics company. Prior to Fleury, Barbara worked in management consulting. She holds a B.A. in Business and a double M.A. in Finance from the University of St. Gallen and FGV São Paulo.
