Greg joined Ampersand in 2020. Previously, Greg served as the CFO of several companies in various stages of maturity, including: a publicly traded software company; two PE-backed companies in turnaround situations; a high-growth e-commerce start-up; and a large international technology company undergoing significant transformations resulting from two multi-billion-dollar M&A transactions. Greg, a CPA, began his career at PwC, spending time at both its Boston and Sydney offices. Greg holds a B.S. in Accounting and Economics from Babson College.
