Kathleen joined Ampersand in 2023. For the past 5 years, Kathleen worked in various marketing, branding and communication roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific supporting the Pharma Services, Specialty Diagnostics and Analytical Instruments businesses. Prior to that, Kathleen was a marketing communications consultant for Citizens Bank and Biogen following a ten-year career in corporate communications at Mass General Brigham. Kathleen holds a B.A in Art History and Spanish from Binghamton University and a M.A. in Strategic Marketing Communications from Emerson College.
