Matt joined Ampersand in 2024. Most recently, Matt worked at Biospring Partners, a growth equity firm focused on life sciences technology. Prior to that, Matt was a Senior Associate at GTCR where he worked on healthcare leveraged buyout transactions. He began his career at Morgan Stanley’s M&A group. Matt holds a B.S. in Management from Boston College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
