Melanie joined Ampersand in 2018. Previously she worked at Frazier Healthcare, a middle market private equity firm. Prior to Frazier, Melanie was at UBS Investment Bank where she worked on a number of leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financings for middle market healthcare companies. Melanie’s current and past board seats include AnaBios, LakePharma, Resolian, StageBio, and Vantage MedTech. Melanie holds a B.S. in Economics and Statistics from Duke and a M.B.A. in Health Care Management from Wharton.
