Nicolas joined Ampersand in 2022. Most recently, he was a Senior Analyst at Crosstree Capital, a middle market investment bank, where he focused on healthcare M&A transactions. Prior to Crosstree, Nic was at Philips Healthcare focused on Corporate Strategy and M&A. Nic holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
