Ouren joined Ampersand in 2022. Prior to joining Ampersand, he was an M&A advisor for six years at KPMG Corporate Finance, where he focused on private equity transactions in the middle market. Prior to KPMG, Ouren was an analyst at Chestnut Corporate Finance. Ouren holds a BSc in Economics and Business and a MSc in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
