Peng Zhou

Executive Advisor

Dr. Peng Zhou joined Ampersand as an Operating Partner in 2018 and has served as an Executive Advisor since 2022. He currently serves as President of Asia Operations for prior Ampersand portfolio company Adaptas Solutions, which was sold to IMI plc, and is the President & CEO of Yixin Diagnostic Technology, Inc. located in Suzhou, China. Previously, Peng served as a member of the Board of Directors and Vice President of R&D for Bohui Innovation Technology and held senior positions with Rheonix, Kionix and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Peng holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Jilin University and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Columbia University.
