Arya joined Ampersand in 2016 after spending three years at Health Advances, a strategy consulting firm focused on the healthcare industry. Arya’s current and past board seats include Anabios, BioEcho, GenDx, Leinco Technologies, and NanoImaging Services. Arya holds an A.B. in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology from Harvard.
