Benoit joined Ampersand as an Operating Partner in 2022 and serves as Chairman of the Board of P95. He spent almost 40 years growing healthcare businesses, solving growth-related issues as a serial entrepreneur, investor, advisor, or board member while developing deep experience in the pharmaceutical outsourcing industry Prior to joining Ampersand, he was President and CEO of Nexelis, a global lab specializing in immunology and former Ampersand portfolio company, acquired by IQVIA, Inc. Benoit holds multiple scientific degrees (PharmD Pharmacy 1984; Ph.D. Pharmaceutical Sciences/Biotechnology 1986) in addition to completing the Advanced Management Program, Harvard Business School in 2002.
