Jessica Q. Rong

Jessica joined Ampersand in 2025. Most recently, she was an Analyst at Piper Sandler, focused on restructuring and special situation. Jessica holds a B.A. in Mathematics and a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University. Originally from Japan, Jessica also lived in China before moving to the U.S. in 2018.
