Melanie M. Fan

Melanie joined Ampersand in 2018. Previously she worked at Frazier Healthcare, a middle-market private equity firm. Prior to Frazier, Melanie was at UBS Investment Bank where she worked on a number of leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financings for middle-market healthcare companies. Melanie’s current and past Board seats include AnaBios, Gannet BioChem, LakePharma, Resolian, StageBio, and Vantage MedTech. Melanie holds a B.S. in Economics and Statistics from Duke and a M.B.A. in Health Care Management from Wharton.
