Ouren joined Ampersand in May 2022. Prior to joining Ampersand, he was an M&A advisor at KPMG Corporate Finance, where he focused on mid-market transactions. Ouren holds a BSc in Economics and Business and a MSc in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
