Apurva joined Ampersand in 2026. Most recently, he worked at Curewell Capital, a growth-oriented, healthcare-focused investment firm. Prior to that, Apurva was an Associate at Pritzker Private Capital, focused on healthcare middle market leveraged buyout transactions. Apurva began his career at CIT Group on its healthcare leveraged finance team. Apurva holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University.
