Emanuele joined Ampersand in 2025. Prior to that, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare Group at Houlihan Lokey, where he worked on leveraged buyouts and mergers and acquisitions for middle-market healthcare companies. He holds an MSc in Finance and a BSc in International Economics and Finance, both earned summa cum laude from Bocconi University.
