Isabel S. Brooks

Isabel joined Ampersand in 2026. Previously, she was an Associate at Astorg MidCap, a middle-market private equity firm. In this role, she spent two years focused on healthcare buyouts across the UK & Europe in pharma services, medtech, and life sciences tools. Prior to Astorg, Isabel was a Consultant at Candesic, a healthcare and life sciences commercial due diligence specialist, where she supported numerous private equity transactions. Isabel holds a B.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences from Durham University and an M.Sc. in Integrated Immunology from the University of Oxford.
