Madeline began her career at Ampersand in 2022 and rejoined the firm in 2026. She worked at THL as a Business Development Manager on the Healthcare team from 2025-2026. Prior to joining Ampersand, she interned at the Pennsylvania Department of Health in the Executive and Quality Assurance Offices. She holds a B.A. in Biology from Johns Hopkins University.
